“About Chordie:
Guitar chords and guitar tablature made easy. Chordie is a search engine for finding guitar chords and guitar tabs.”
And, of course, ukulele chords and tabs. If you have not come across Chordie before, read the Chordie FAQ and all will be revealed!
If you are having problems using Chordie, then you can post a question in the Chordie Forum in the “About Chordie” section.
A few days after my last blog post (Some Songbook and Chordpro Tips) I answered a question on the Chordie Forum that covered similar ground plus the confusion that arises when someone asks in the Chordie Forum about features of “Songbook” or “My Songbook”:
- sometimes meaning a “Chordie Public Songbook“,
- sometimes meaning “My Songbook” on Chordie (available to logged-in users only at http://www.chordie.com/songbook.php)
- sometimes referring to the Linkesoft “Songbook” app or desktop program
- sometimes referring to the “My Songbook” app
- and sometimes all meanings in the same question!
This resulted in Roger Guppy, Chordie Forum Moderator, guitar and ukulele player, inviting me to write a “Sticky Post”:
Chordie Songbook, Linksoft Songbook app and similar apps
Most of my contributions to the Chordie Forum consist of “nerdy tips”. My user name is “Ms.Mouse” – for reasons that would take to long to explain.
Rather than list them, because the list grows all the time, if you like “nerdy tips” then this search will find mine on the Chordie Forum – I hope you find them helpful:
